- Budgeting for Homeownership and Calculating Affordability
- Evaluating Credit for Homeownership
- Finding a Home
- Applying for a Home Loan
- Meeting Your Financial Obligations
- Protecting Your Investment
We offer the training as a four-part series, or as one all-day training.
Participants who complete the entire training will receive a homeownership readiness certificate.
